Timetabling, Staff Management & Scheduling Tools

Timetable scheduling, conflict management, and publication. You can now build and manage your full academic timetable inside Kampus. Schedule teaching sessions, assign rooms, set availability, and detect conflicts before they affect students. Once ready, publish the timetable directly from the platform. Term rollover carries your setup forward automatically, removing significant manual work each cycle.

Staff profiles and organisation infrastructure. A new staff module lets you create and manage staff records and their availability — which feeds directly into timetable planning. Alongside this, campuses, buildings, and rooms are now managed in one place inside Kampus, with rooms selectable for timetable assignments.

Academic progression now supports rollback, visible error reporting, and reset controls. Bulk enrolment lets you select a specific term, and enrolments can be configured to expire based on duration. Financial documents also now carry programme-level context throughout.

Bulk Operations, Module Swaps & Finance

Bulk student and enrolment updates. Staff can now update multiple students' statuses or enrolment records in a single action, saving significant time when processing large cohorts. A preview step lets you review changes before applying them, reducing the risk of errors.

Governed module swaps and refund approvals. Module swaps now support discount pricing, with a structured approval flow and eligibility checks to ensure changes are governed correctly. Refund requests now go through an approval workflow before posting, and invoices can be adjusted directly with discount code linking.

This release also brings programme term enrolment caps, application form duplication, curriculum period advancement, and clickable rows across finance and student lists for faster navigation.

LMS Enrolments, Fee Plans & Exports

Full LMS enrolment management. The LMS integration now supports complete enrolment management — enrol students directly from programme mappings, reconcile existing records, and view full enrolment status in one place. When an LMS user account has an issue, you can recreate or relink it without losing history.

Multi-currency fee plans and data exports. Fee plans now support multiple currencies and tiered pricing structures, with currency resolved automatically based on each student's context. Data exports are now available for applications, receipts, and enrolments — downloaded as formatted Excel files with optional password protection.

This release also brings bank transfer payment support with an approvals screen, student portal OTP login improvements, configurable academic delivery modes, and a new Get Started onboarding guide.
