Institutions define the stages — initial screening, academic review, interview, conditional offer, document verification, and final acceptance — and the system routes each application through the appropriate stages with role-based access for each reviewer.
Offer letters are generated automatically from templates once an application reaches the offer stage, populated with the applicant's data and programme details. Acceptance responses, deferrals, and rejections are tracked in the system and trigger the appropriate next steps automatically.
