Fee plans are linked to student enrolment data, so when a student registers for modules, their invoice is generated automatically based on the correct plan for their programme and year of study. There is no need for finance staff to manually create invoices for each student.

The Kampus Axis finance dashboard gives finance managers a live view of fee collection across the institution — outstanding balances by student, collection rates by programme, instalment compliance, and revenue by fee category. Reports can be filtered by faculty, intake, date range, and fee type, and exported to Excel for further analysis.
